Refund Policy

At VIRALE, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Due to the nature of dropshipping and hygiene considerations, some items may be non-returnable (see exceptions below).


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Personal care, beauty, or hygiene products once opened or used

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • a damaged item, or

  • the wrong product

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • refunds will be issued to your original payment method,

  • processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the item is defective,

  • the wrong item was received.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • check your bank or card provider,

  • then contact us for assistance.
